DELIVERY INFORMATION

Impressions Kits

We offer free next day delivery on all impression kits if your address is in the UK. BT post codes are two working days delivery.

We send out our kits via Hermes they can deliver up to 9pm in the evening Monday – Friday which includes most Saturdays (Saturday are not classed as a working day).

If you are not in for the delivery the courier will leave a calling card for you to contact them and re arrange delivery.

If you are in Europe or the rest of the world we charge extra for delivery. You can call/message or email us, and we can send you a list of quotes for express delivery so you can choose, or please continue to checkout to proceed with the standard delivery.

Standard European delivery £9.99 5-7 working days (Royal mail signed for international service).

Standard Rest of the World delivery £12.99 7-10 working days (Royal mail signed for international service).

Finished Product

Your finished product will be sent to you via Royal Mail signed for service free of charge. This is a 1-3 day delivery service.

If you are in Europe or rest of the world delivery of the product will also be free. If you require an express delivery this will be a further charge. Please contact us directly through call / text / email we can send you a list of quotes to choose from. All custom charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns for alterations or under your warranty only.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. THIS PRODUCT IS A BESPOKE HANDMADE COSMETIC PRODUCT.

If you are returning your impressions kit unused for a refund this MUST be returned to us within 14 days from the day you received the kit. The return must be sent with a fully tracked service as we must receive the kit back for a refund to be valid. The kit MUST be intact and unused. If the kit has been fully or partly used you will not be entitled to a refund.

When returning your impressions, we strongly advise you to use a fully tracked service to ensure they don’t go missing in the post. If you send back the kit without a tracking number and this is misplaced by the delivery company you as the customer will have to pay £25 for a new kit to be sent out and new impressions taken.

You must fill out the paperwork provided to you in the kit and send this back with your impressions. If we don’t know who the parcel is from we can’t start work on the impressions.

If you are returning your clip in veneers for an alteration or to be fixed under your 12 month warranty we offer. YOU MUST send the veneers back with a fully tracked service. We can’t alter a product unless we receive it back.

You are responsible for paying for the postage to return the product to us. However we will alter or fix them for free and pay for the postage for re delivery.
